Based in the Richmond area, OOAK Custom Homes offers “One Of A Kind (OOAK)”  Planning, Design, Building, and Interior Services for clients’ new construction and renovation needs.   As a small, boutique Design/Build firm, OOAK limits the number of projects it accepts to ensure that its clients benefit from customized personal service throughout the process, from concept to concept to  completion. Depending on the size of the project, OOAK assembles a team of the area’s best Land Planners, Architects, Trade Suppliers, Construction Managers, and Interior Designers available to ensure that each project is uniquely reflective of the customer’s style and tastes.  That personal attention, combined with only a limited number of projects, allows the customer to engage in a personal relationship with the Design/Build team.

OOAK builds on homeowner’s existing land, or can help source a new homesite in the client’s desired area or neighborhood.  OOAK also has extensive experience in renovation and additions to existing homes.
